Maintenance surveyor

This role isn #39;t anything fancy, it #39;s a standard Maintenance Surveyor role. But what makes it tempting? You don #39;t need to live there, just nearby and you can claim mileage from home. Plus, commuting counts as your working day, so you get paid before even doing a survey. You will carry out pre and post inspections on planned works as well as standard reactive maintenance surveys. Of course now it #39;s getting colder, you #39;ll be assisting with damp mould cases. Ideally, you will have a qualification in Surveying, but experience is certainly valued above it.
