An excellent long term contract opportunity has arisen for a Architectural Technician / CAD Technician join an expanding Property Consultancy who deliver projects and complex survey programmes. Our client requires an experienced Architectural Technician / CAD Technician to carry out detailed surveys, drawings elevated plans, building layouts and site plans. You will from home and the office when required, the role is very flexible for a work life balance. The contract will last for years long term due to the nature of the work. Day rate GBP250 to GBP300 per day depending, outside IR35. We are seeking an Architectural Technician / CAD Technician with excellent personal and communication skills with the ability to excel within a property consultancy.
