Key areas of focus: * Perform day to day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients * Prepare and ensure the VAT returns are correct and submitted on time in line with HMRC * Preparation of management figures, assisting with any reports or accounts * Supporting the Client Manager, identifying areas where detailed advice maybe required * Assist with banking, processing payments and reconciliations * Support and train juniors in their professional development What we are looking for: * Qualified or studier of AAT, candidates deemed qualified by experience with previous bookkeeping experience in practice will also be considered * A proactive attitude, committed to maintaining technical knowledge * Solid written and verbal communication in a client facing environment * Strong IT skills including Excel, any ERP systems experience (Alpha, IRIS, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero etc) What rsquo;s on Offer: * Base salary up to GBP34,000, dependent upon experience * Flexible work options * Training development, encouraging office culture future progression opportunities * Free car parking, relaxed dress code in a fantastic office location, based in Bromsgrove * Health plan scheme, company pension comprehensive benefits package Interested?
