Role Responsibilities: Reporting to the plant manager, this role will see you managing a small team of team of quality engineers and technicians. Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Making use of continuous improvement methodology and quality tools such as 8D and 5Y to improve existing processes. Management of the QMS.Knowledge, Skills Experience: The successful candidate will come from a background of quality management. Experience working to ISO standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001. Customer facing experience and dealing with customer complaints. A track record of managing external and internal audits.
