Paint sprayer

Position: Paint Sprayer Day shift: GBP45,000 + Benefits Package Location: Dagenham Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Rotational Shift 07:00am - 14:00pm 14:00pm - 22:00pm Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple skilled Paint Sprayers in Dagenham to start work immediately on the late shift. This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance automotive parts. You will be working as part of a wider team delivering projects to meet production targets. Our client requires candidates who have proven Paint Spraying experience working within a manufacturing/engineering environment, ideally within the automotive industry. You will have an understanding of and adherence to Health - Safety legislation including COSHH requirements You must be also able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail with regards to high quality paint preparation and the application of approved paint products. Duties to include: Knowledge and experience in refinishing with metallic paints and blending would be advantageous; and Experience using spray equipment / dent pulling equipment Experience working independently, and to be supportive within a wider team; Good communicator both verbally and written; Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines; Excellent organisation skills; Ability to work well with minimal supervision; and Excellent attention to detail, right-first-time attitude Preparing and filling vehicles before painting; Mixing paint; Priming; Dry-sanding; Masking; Base and lacquer application; Polishing and detailing; All work must be performed to a very high standard;How to Apply: For more information on the role, or an informal discussion regarding opportunities we have available, please contact Jemal Tawfieg on (phone number removed) or Why work with Proactive?
