This school caters to pupils aged 3-19 years with severe learning difficulties, including a small cohort of Post-16 students educated at our offsite provision. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a safe, purposeful, and stimulating environment for our pupils, fostering mutual respect, and ensuring every student feels valued and supported. They will work closely with teaching staff to assist in implementing strategies for behavior management and academic support. If you have experience working with children who are diagnosed with Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, PMLD / Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties, SEMH /Social Emotional Mental Health, EBD / Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, or ADD / Attention Deficit Disorder then this is the role for you.
