Duties: Set up and adjust machinery for optimal performance Load products onto machines accurately and efficiently Operate machinery with care and attention to detail Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed Keep thorough records of machine operations Report any malfunctions promptly Meet productivity targets while supporting the team with daily tasks Required Skills: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with ULMA, Redpack, or Palletisers is preferred Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail is a must Ability to work well in a team Benefits: 28 days holiday Plenty of opportunity to earn overtime!
