Responsibilities: As a Teacher of General Subjects, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and managing classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task. Managing behaviour and promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere. Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition for students in the absence of regular teachers. Providing feedback to the regular teaching staff on students #39; behavior and progress. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and attributes: Minimum of A-Levels; a degree in education or a related field is an advantage. Previous experience working or volunteering in a school setting or with children and young adults. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subjects and year groups. A genuine passion for education and the well-being of students.
