As a result, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to take on a fully autonomous management role, where your peers will recognise you as an expert in your field, advising on and managing projects within the renewable and traditional energy sectors. This is an ideal role for an Engineering Manager who can influence, manage and successfully deliver cradle-to-grave multi-disciplinary engineering projects. Projects can range between GBP10 - GBP250 million across various sectors within the energy space. All Engineering Managers engaged with the business will have the opportunity to progress short, mid, and long term via the company rsquo;s global leadership programme, allowing you to develop and progress your career into further management and line management posts. The Role * Engineering Project Manager * Projects ranging from Concept design to Execution and handover * Project values between GBP10 - GBP250M TIC * Depending on size, managing one or a portfolio of projects The Person * Engineering lead / Principal engineer who can autonomously lead a project * Experience and ability to manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams * Strong communication and management skills * Degree or relevant engineering qualifications (BSc, MEng, HNC) * Experience of delivering EPCM/EPC projects within a relevant sector (Oil Gas, Petrochemicals, Nuclear, Renewable Energy) If you wish to know more about this position, please apply or send your CV directly via the ENG Bauen website.
