NW Recruitment Services are in search of an Accounts Administrator to support the Accounts department of our well established client based in Burnley. The company is well known in the manufacturing industry. This role is permanent, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on a Friday! This role would suit someone with previous Accounts/Administration experience within a busy office environment, who is organised, efficient and hardworking. Experience of Sage Line 50 would be preferred. The Role uml; Checking supplier statements uml; Checking invoices from different suppliers, against order books uml; Preparing supplier payments uml; Monitoring and chasing debtors uml; Emailing customer statements uml; Raising sales invoices uml; Updating various spreadsheets uml; Recording and processing various types of information uml; Other non-accounts related admin duties as required The ideal candidate will; uml; Have previous admin experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry uml; Be a team player and enjoy a fast-paced environment uml; Drive and have their own car (due to location) uml; Have Sage Line 50 experience uml; Excellent attention to detail Salary: up to GBP25,000 per annum Location: Burnley Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on Friday rsquo;s
