CNC Setter Operator Oldbury GBP15 Per Hour Monday- Thursday 7.15am- 4.30pm Friday 7.15am- 12.30pm Full Time, Permanent The Role: Set up and operate CNC machines, including program adjustments, tool changes, and machine calibrations to ensure accurate production Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to understand the machining process required for each product. Conduct first-off inspections and regular quality checks to ensure that products meet strict quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly to minimise downtime. Collaborate with the production team to optimise machining processes and improve productivity. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Setter Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or machining would be advantageous.
