You will be responsible for inspiring fresh ideas, devising innovative menus, and mentoring your team. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations, even during the busiest services. You rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in offering a modern dining experience with eclectic menus that attract a diverse clientele. Your expertise will also enhance a busy bar, conference, and events business, including private dinners and weddings. Key Qualities and Experience: Experience in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette level environment. Proven track record of running a busy, multifunctional kitchen. A desire to train, develop, and mentor your team. Passion for culinary excellence, with a creative flair. Strong team player with outstanding communication skills. Ability to maintain calm and focus during peak service times. A role model for mutual respect and professionalism. Ideally experienced in a 4- or 5-star hotel setting. A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (obtained in the last 3 years). Why Join Us?
