Business Development Executive - Waste Management Services Basic salary to GBP31,000, OTE circa GBP40,000 + Car allowance + Benefits Covering the Yorkshire area My client is an established waste management organisation and they are looking to add a new business focused field sales professional to their existing sales team in the Yorkshire area. If you #39;re looking for a new challenge but want to feel part of a close team with fantastic growth potential this could be a great opportunity for you! The Role: This is a field based role but with 1-2 days a week going into the office in Elland Selling waste management solutions to medium to large businesses of varying markets You #39;ll be self sourcing your own leads as well as following up on some provided from other methods and booking appointments over the phone which you #39;ll then carry out yourself so you #39;ll ideally spend 3-4 days on the road. Booking and attending client and prospect meetings The Person: Field based new business sales experience is essential, it would be great if you had some waste management experience too but this isn #39;t essential as long as you #39;ve sold on a business to business basis. You #39;ll be a talented business developer, used to sourcing appointments for new business. Someone used to dealing with mid size customers rather than just small SMEs is important too. You #39;ll be used to using a CRM system and updating information and sales pipeline Comfortable working to targets and understanding how to manage the sales process from start to finish, you #39;ll be passionate and proactive in your approach. A full UK driving license is essential and you #39;ll need to have your own vehicle as a car allowance is paid. The Package: A basic salary between GBP28,000 and GBP31,000 is offered Commission is paid at 10% based on achievement of target There is a car allowance of GBP400 per month 25 days holiday + bank holidays + an additional day for your birthday Pension, laptop, phone etc are also included This role is available immediately so please get in touch by applying below.
