What You #39;ll Do: * #x1F3AF; Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and processes meet stringent quality standards. * #x1F50D; Problem-solving Lead investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. * #x1F331; Continuous Improvement to be the catalyst for change and innovation. * #x1F680; New Product Introduction, Lead APQP activities, and be well-versed in automotive core tools, including PPAP. * #x1F4CA; Data Analysis Monitor and report on internal KPIs, ensuring met targets. * #x1F6E0; #xFE0F; Internal Audits Maintain our audit programme and resolve any non-conformities. * #x1F4DA; Employee Training: Manage training records and matrices. * #x1F46E; zwj; #x2640; #xFE0F; Shopfloor Management: Ensure correct processes and procedures are followed. * #x1F91D; Customer Supplier Interface: Be the point of contact for quality issues, requiring occasional travel within the UK. What We #39;re Looking For: * #x1F4DA; Knowledge of presswork, assembly, and laser cutting manufacturing processes. * #x1F4CF; Experience with CMM. * #x1F5E8; #xFE0F; Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * #x1F929; Self-motivated individuals with a zero-defect mindset.
