You will under the direction of the Head Chef have responsibility for the production of dishes and cuisine in your section. Main Duties of this Chef de Partie position will include: Maintaining the establishments excellent standards Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef Monitoring stock and controlling costs Working to a high standard at all times Produce consistent results and demonstrate attention to detail Qualification and Experience for this Chef de Partie opportunity: You must have previous experience running a section of a kitchen within a rosette accredited property within a hotel and/or restaurant. You must also be educated to NVQ 1 and/or 2, and have all relevant up to date food safety and hygiene certifications.
