Key Responsibilities: * Process orders through the system that come in via email and telephone. * Manage online payments and handle sales inquiries. * Print and process orders, including generating dispatch labels. * Ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders through the system. * Follow up with courier services to track and resolve any delivery issues. * Perform filing tasks as needed to maintain organisational efficiency. * Occasionally assist in warehouse tasks, such as eyeleting tarpaulins or packing parcels, as required. The successful candidate will have: * Attention to detail and good telephone manner required. * Excellent planning and organisational skills. * IT Literate Inc.
