Full Details: In this exciting role as a Capability Manager - Learning Operations, you will have the opportunity to: Drive the engagement and communication of capability development across the organisation, utilising various channels to promote learning opportunities. Curate learning resources aligned with capability strategies, ensuring frequent learning opportunities for the entire organisation. Take ownership of end-to-end learning coordination activities, including the management of the functional learning calendar, engagement with subject matter experts and vendors, attendance management, and learning feedback collection and analysis. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), providing expertise and guidance on its best use to develop functional professional curriculums and optimise the learner experience. Build and manage learning products, including product delivery, self-serve product design, and collaboration with external providers. Work collaboratively with the Communication and Engagement team to enhance the functional onboarding experience, creating a personalised and holistic user journey.We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic individual who possesses: Previous experience in learning and development, ideally within a pharmaceutical or similar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional organisational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of learning platforms and systems, with experience in LMS management.
