Sensory lab technician

Sensory Lab Technician Location: Near to Andover, Hampshire Salary: Up to GBP27,500 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 Key Responsibilities: Undertake routine quality analysis of production, raw material, and miscellaneous samples. Train panellists to a high standard and investigate product quality sensory issues. Lead the daily sensory assessment panel for routine quality control and product development samples. Prepare samples for assessment and ensure they are representative for accurate testing. Collate sensory panel results for reporting and identify any issues. Do you have any of the following? Then this could be role for you! Excellent sensory capability and attention to detail. Experience in a quality testing lab. Understanding of statistical methods for result analysis. Knowledge of good lab practises and hygiene. Interest within the food and beverage industry and/or food science What you #39;ll need: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis. Analytical thinking for practical problem-solving and achieving stretch targets. Creative problem solver and change champion. A full UK driving licence is required.
