Responsibilities: Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Cultivate a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. Forge strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration. Conduct ongoing assessments to track individual progress and tailor instruction to meet the unique needs of each child. Establish a safe and inclusive space where children feel empowered to express themselves and develop vital social skills. Provide guidance and support to promote children #39;s emotional well-being as they navigate early childhood experiences. Collaborate with fellow team members to organize special events, outings, and projects that enhance the learning journey.Requirements: Demonstrated experience working with young children in an educational setting. Profound understanding of child development theories, pedagogical approaches, and EYFS curriculum standards. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
