The Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a reputable secondary school in Cheadle. As an SEND LSA, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to SEND students, helping them overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with SEND students to offer individualized support and guidance. Work alongside teaching staff to effectively implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Cultivate an inclusive and nurturing classroom atmosphere. Assist students in accessing the curriculum and educational materials. Keep accurate records of student progress and provide feedback.
