This role involves providing essential pastoral support to students, with a focus on behaviour management. Responsibilities: Implement and oversee the school #39;s pastoral care system, ensuring the well-being and welfare of all students. Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students experiencing behavioural issues or other challenges, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective strategies for managing student behaviour and promoting positive outcomes. Monitor and track student progress, intervening where necessary to address any concerns or issues. Organise and deliver pastoral support programs and workshops to enhance student well-being and resilience.Requirements: Previous experience working in a pastoral or behaviour management role within a school or similar setting. Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies, with the ability to effectively support and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Empathetic and compassionate, with a genuine commitment to supporting the well-being and development of young people.
