An opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Block Manager has arisen within their small, friendly, dedicated block management team as follows: * Assistant Property Manager title, might suit a property administrator looking to step up or an Assistant Property Manager looking for an accelerated path to Property Manager status * Office based to start, will offer the successful assistant property manager flexible working once settled * Friendly property manager team, excellent progression * Pool Car if required for site visits * Assisting with a small block portfolio, well run, long retained with minimal issues / arrears / deficits * Professional training and qualification encouraged, supported and funded Ideal Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Block Manager candidates will have 2+ years block management environment exposure, a stable career history and preference for independent bespoke block management over corporate ldquo;one size fits all rdquo; high volume service. Salary is GBP30k - GBP35k to start (depending on experience, title and qualification) with regular reviews and uplifts based on tenure, performance and responsibility.
