Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: The South Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 (uncapped commission) Job Type: Full time, permanent Hart Door Systems are recruiting for a hungry sales professional to be responsible for promoting our portfolio of Service Contracts and repair service for Industrial Doors throughout the North East of England and Yorkshire. Ideally, you will have experience of the Industrial Door Industry, but more importantly you will be looking for a position with a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in sales. The Role: Are you a dedicated, hardworking Area Sales Manager? Do you live in the South of England? Capable of covering a sales territory which includes Hertfordshire, Essex, London, Kent, Surrey - down into Hampshire and the Home Counties? Ideally you will be experienced in the Industrial Door Industry and will be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: To respond timely to enquires generated by marketing and sales activities by visiting client #39;s sites to present, advise, survey and measure providing data adequate for specification, quotation and future production of the doors Development of product knowledge and product fit for best practice in site surveys To regularly call on existing customers, maintaining contact Liaise with clients on all aspects including contracts, terms and conditions as required Achieve targets and budgets Communicate effectively via phone, face to face, email, social media etc Create and implement personal business plans in line with Hart Door Systems company vision and strategy Report as required, all activities particularly on CRM including contacts and content To exclusively prospect, promote and sell Hart doors and supporting products under the brands Speedor, Firebrand, rolling shutters and Terror screen to all market sectors within the specified area To respond timely to enquires generated by marketing and sales activities by visiting client #39;s sites to present, advise, survey and measure providing data adequate for specification, quotation and future production of the doors Development of product knowledge and product fit for best practice in installation surveys To regularly call on existing customers, maintaining contact To deliver quotations and tenders Provide field intelligence, customer focus and PR marketing material for planning and marketing useGeneral Responsibilities: Align company and employee core values Share information with colleagues to ensure effective teamwork Establish/understand your key performance indicators and maintain this measure so both you and the company know how your performance is measured Understand and adhere to the relevant policies and proceduresThis is a permanent role and is a great opportunity for an individual to make a significant contribution with respect to the ongoing success of the business.
