Key Skills * Shift/Production Manager Experience. * Manufacturing Planning within FMCG/Food. * HACCP BRC knowledge. The Role The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing base, proven ability to manage under pressure within a BRC, HACCP GPM and QMS audited environment, as well as the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach in this shop floor management role. The challenge will involve the management of a multi-disciplined workforce including the management of all Key Performance Indicators including productivity, efficiency, and quality. Based within the filling department the successful candidate will work on a continental shift pattern ensuring that production targets are achieved in line with product quality standards.
