Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a client to support them in offering Waking Nights Support Workers in the Exeter . You will be enabling residents to get the most out of life, supporting individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends and gain the ability to live as independant as possible. The residential home is enabling service users with autism and learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. The Role: middot; Developing positive working relationships middot; Ensuring that the health, safety and welfare of clients is always protected middot; Maintaining accurate and up to date reports such as support plans middot; Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client middot; Build and maintain relationships with service users. As a Support Worker - the following experience and characteristics are considered essential to the role: middot; A minimum of 6 months experience within a healthcare environment middot; The ability to be patient calm under pressure middot; Easily adaptable to new environments middot; Reliable trustworthy middot; Eligible to work in the UK -Right to work.
