Estimator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Estimator to work on an ongoing contract basis on a prestigious government project in Dover. As part of a Tier 1 Civil Engineering Main Contractor, you #39;ll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of this landmark project. Responsibilities: * Analyse project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints. * Conduct thorough site visits and evaluations to assess project scope. * Utilise in-house software to generate detailed estimates. * Present estimates and proposals to management Requirements: * Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry. * Strong analytical and mathematical skills. * Proficiency in construction estimating software. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. **Please note this role is only offered on a PAYE basis
