Hr advisor

My client is looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their HR team on a permanent basis. Working as member of the HR department, you will support all areas of the business with HR support. This is a busy/varied role, and the successful candidate will have a flexible can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a team and the main duties will be: Support the review and roll out of policies/procedures within the business. Arranging training for employees within the business. Supporting the business through the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and assessments as required. Dealing with the induction of new employees to the business, Holding disciplinary and grievance meetings. Providing advice on a full range of human resource issues to the business on a daily basis.Skills / Experience required within the role of HR Advisor: Associate member of CIPD or progressing to membership, either through qualification or through proven experience Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing business.This is a full-time role and will involve working a 37 hour working week Monday to Friday onsite. The working hours are within the role are (Apply online only) Monday to Thursday and (Apply online only) on Fridays, although some flexibility can be offered with regards start/finish times.
