Hr assistant

Our esteemed client is seeking a skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join their team based in Sutton Coldfield on a 12-month FTC. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources and administrative duties, possess a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hours for this role are 8:45am ndash; 5pm Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: As a HR Assistant, you will assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Coordinate new hire orientation and on-boarding activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Manage employee time off requests and attendance tracking Provide support for employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution The HR Assistant will assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining employee handbooks and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures Support training and development initiatives for employees Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed Other HR and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience in HR or related administrative role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR laws and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Benefits include: 22 days holiday + bank holidays Company discounts Life assurance Due to the unprecedented volume of response, we are currently receiving, regrettably we are no longer able to respond to every application individually.
