The Role This role will look after the full Seafood category, mainly within HORECA channels, you will have a wide array of duties including. * Building a fresh frozen portfolio of Seafood and identify gaps. * Support the sales teams and Seafood buyers. * Supplier management, ensure you work in alignment with partners. * Achieve sales growth, GP, customer retention and win new business. * Supplier and customer meetings either with buyers or sales colleagues or solo. Your Skills Experience Obviously, an outstanding background and industry knowledge of Seafood is required. You will also need. * Solid Excel skills, for monthly reporting, forecasts and pricing structures etc * People Management skills, able to coach and set strategies. * Professional communication skills- able to negotiate. * Target driven. * Flexible with national travel driving licence.
