Head of quality

We are looking for a Head of Quality for our leading Manufacturing Client in Buckinghamshire. As the Head of Quality you will be taking lead responsibility for managing our Client #39;s Quality Management Systems, in order to guarantee the customers receive the product to the highest standard of quality possible. This role requires facilitating successful new product introduction through manufacturing facility. As the Head of Quality you will also be involved in driving continuous improvement within the organisation, preventing problems whilst also ensuring a customer focus throughout the company, and ensuring products are released to necessary standards. If successful in the Head of Quality role, you will report directly to the Head of Operations. Requirements: * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of AS9001 and ISO14001 * Black Belt accredited to Lean Six Sigma * Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering * Good computer skills with competency in using MS Office suite and other software as necessary Benefits: As well as a rewarding and fulfilling career as a Head of Quality, successful candidates can look forward to receiving a competitive salary of up to GBP65,000 plus a number of additional employee benefits the recruiter will go through with you upon request.
