Qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 3 2 Location: Sydenham SE26 Contract: Full time, Permanent Salary: GBP23,000 ndash; 34,000 per year (Depending on experience Level 3) Salary: GBP21,000 ndash; GBP22,800 per year (Level 2) We are looking for a Level 3 Level 2 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join an outstanding nursery located in Sydenham. Main Duties: * Plan, organize and execute a wide variety of activities for the children that are suitable to their individual stages of development * Ensure that child records are accurate, well-written and up-to-date, including learning plans, reports, observations, accident/incident forms etc * Build relationships and functioning partnerships with the parents * Ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children regardless of any disabilities, family backgrounds or medical history * Ensure the maintenance of adequate standards of cleanliness and hygiene for the children attending the nursery. This includes changing nappies and toilet training * Assist with serving and washing up the children rsquo;s lunches snacks Requirements: * Level 3 qualification recognised by the DfE for counting in the early years foundation stage framework staff:child ratios * A clear understanding of how children develop * A clear understanding of the ways children enjoy learning * A good knowledge of the EYFS * Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible * A can-do attitude * Strong communicator with both children and adults * Reports to the nursery manager, or in their absence the deputy manager or most senior practitioner on site * Enhanced DBS background check 2 references required before employment commences Apply today for more information and a confidential chat!
