Accounts administrator

Role: Accounts Administrator Salary: up to GBP24,000 per annum Location: Burnley Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on Friday rsquo;s Benefits: 28 days holiday including bank holidays and free onsite parking Due to significant growth, our well-established client of over 30 years are now seeking an Accounts Administrator to support the Accounts department This role is permanent, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on a Friday! This role would suit someone with previous Accounts/Administration experience within a busy office environment, who is organised, efficient and hardworking. Experience of Sage Line 50 would be preferred. The Role: * Processing petty cash receipts. * Processing credit card receipts. * Matching supplier invoices with delivery notes and inputting into Sage. * Checking and monitoring supplier statements. * Assisting the preparation of supplier payments. * Raising sales invoices. * Data entry using Microsoft Excel. * Updating customer accounts records and providing information to relevant departments. * Keeping accurate records. * Assisting the Accounts Manager as necessary. * Being prepared to tackle any other tasks or duties as required.
