Job Title: People Partner Location: Camberley Contact Duration: 18 months Pay Rate (daily): GBP170-GBP210 (umbrella) SRG are working with a multinational Pharmaceutical company to hire a People Partner to join the existing team and act as a trusted partner to offer P O support across UK and Ireland. The purpose of this role is to support all customer groups to enable the delivery of lifecycle evens, managing performance, manage employee relations and implement P O change initiatives at a country level. Key responsibilities include: Partnering and coaching managers and associates on People related Processes and Moments that matter. Drives P O initiatives, supporting the overall P O strategy. Advise on and handle diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels, driving D I efforts and align with global or local initiatives / implementation. Design new hire onboarding initiatives. First point of escalation for all leaders and managers on their day-to-day P O topics, providing expert advice, guidance, and support. Lead the delivery of in-country transformations, consult, and negotiate with local employee representatives / unions, provide advice and guidance for managers through the local process. Manage internal movement offers and mobility. Support Talent Acquisition on Compensation Benefit and other P O related matters.
