Minimum Requirements: Prior experience in SEN settings, be it with children or adults ndash; though personal experiences will also be considered. Dedication to catering to the diverse needs of every student, collaborating with fellow staff members to provide both academic and emotional support. Stellar interpersonal skills coupled with confidence to grow meaningful connections. Punctuality and reliability that can be counted on.
