The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to undertake support on various housing and residential JCT D B projects in East London area working alongside a Senior QS. Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Job Duration: Permanent Job Location: East London Responsibilities: Provide assistance in producing - Variations cost packages. Help to produce CVR #39;s Sub-contractor procurement Cost analysis forecasting Payment of sub-contractors You will be reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office with site visits. My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus a benefits package including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start ASAP but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
