School Finance Administrator One of our brilliant Secondary schools in south Wakefield area are looking for a long-term, finance administrator to join their welcoming office team, commencing in May 2024. Do you have significant experience working in an administration, paired with a passion for working alongside children? We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced school administrator to fill a temporary opportunity at an amazing school south of Wakefield near Pontefract. Ofsted rates this school as lsquo;good rsquo; and has described it as a place where lsquo;pupils behave well and everyone is special rsquo;. This role commences in May 2024 and will run initially until Dec 2024. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with existing administration experience as you will be working in a fast-paced and vibrant primary school. To be considered for the School Administrator role you must: Be a people person who loves to be around children and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Be able to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of pupils and their families. Have great interpersonal and administrative skills, ideally experience in Sage Be able to manage your own workload to meet deadlines. Be able to work as part of a small team. Be able to remain calm when under pressure. Be approachable, positive and have the ability to deal with sensitive situations and confidential information. Previous and recent experience of providing excellent customer service either face to face or on the phone. You must have previous experience of working in a busy office where multi-tasking is a requirement. Experience working in an educational or school setting is advantageous, though not essential. School Administrator Salary and Benefits: Daily pay rate between GBP85 - GBP95 per day depending on experience. Term-time only, plus 5 training days.
