Job description:

Our client are an award winning construction group renowned for delivering high quality projects throughout Europe. They predominantly specialise in cleanrooms, data centres, interior fit-outs and manufacturing facilities. They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business. You #39;ll be working on projects throughout the UK. Duties and responsibilities to include: Ensure project costings are met Reviewing and agreeing variations Managing claims and payments Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report) Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows Prepare, submit final account on completion of works Agree final account, secure retention release If you #39;re interested in this opportunity, then please apply with your CV
