Education - School School Support Staff Sacred Heart RC Primary VA Baguley Contract: Permanent, Term time plus 5 days Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 Number of Positions: 1 Salary: Grade 4 SCP 7 – 11 pro rata £22,369 – £24,054 Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School seeks to appoint an Admin/ SIMS Data officer to provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the school. The candidate will be an experienced, conscientious, and self-motivated individual, who works well as a member of a team and who has experience of working in a busy school office. The successful candidate will: Have experience of general clerical administrative work Have a good working knowledge of SIMs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Forms etc. Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills Have effective written and communication skills to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels Have the right personal values, attributes and interpersonal skills Be able to work in successful partnership with all stakeholders Adhere to all School policies and procedures that affect you and your duties (eg: safeguarding; fire; accident reporting; no smoking; anti-bullying procedures behaviour policies, School rules); Report to the Manager any health or safety hazards; Be willing to undertake additional reasonable duties as requested An application form (available on the School s website), should be completed by Wednesday 11 th October 2023 and returned via email to [email protected] Interviews will take place week commencing Monday 16 th October.
