About the role The main tasks will involve: Supporting departments with key aspects of administration tasks as required including booking travel, transfers, and accommodation. Arranging lunches, refreshments, gifts, flowers etc and approving invoices General data processing and administration activities (filing, photocopying, scanning, printing) Providing general office support to the operations team Cover reception duties, like greeting and looking after visitors, ensuring they’ve signed in and had the inductions, receiving calls and emails, dealing with inbound and outbound post Supporting employees, managers and visitors with any queries Managing supplier contracts such cleaning, workwear, and occupation health. Supporting the HR Manger to help create HR Files including obtaining references, checking PORTW, medical checks and creating offer letters and employment contracts. Supporting the HR Manager with any training requirements including booking providers, arranging rooms, creating invites, and issuing agendas and certificates. Working with Line Managers to ensure payroll information is received within the deadline to support the HR Manager to prepare monthly payroll. Act as a first point of contact for employees with payroll and finance queries Working closely with the Finance Manager to prepare and distribute daily sales reports Who You Are To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following: Minimum 2 - 3 years experience within an administration role Strong excel skills High levels of attention to detail and accuracy Previous knowledge/experience with HR and Payroll Strong communication skills IT Literate - Microsoft Office, Mitrefinch Workday advantageous What We Can Offer You Competitive Salary up to £24,000 per annum Service bonus scheme starting at 2% of your annual earnings Admin Bonus scheme Long Service awards Holiday entitlement – 26 days + 8 bank holidays (Also Christmas Shut Down) – Pro-Rata Pension Scheme (Armacell paying 6%) Life Assurance Cycle to work Scheme Free secure on-site parking This role is based on-site in Chadderton, Oldham and the hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Time Type: Full time
