Administrator planner

Administrator/Planner Crumpsall, Manchester area Start date: ASAP One of our largest clients in the FM world are currently looking to employ a Administrator/Planner to join the team on temporary contract to start ASAP based in in the Crumpsall, Manchester area. Working hours: Monday to Thursday - 8am - 4pm Friday - 8am - 3:30pm Duties consist of: Monitor the live board to ensure the operative / engineer is fully utilized throughout the day Planning/allocating/closing works Closing jobs in the system complete or cancelled as the day unfolds. Raising Purchase orders as required. Communication with operatives / Engineers on site Data inputting Ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner namely data inputting To record, investigate and close out all issues, concerns and/or complaints ensuring compliance to Engie procedures. Essential Requirements Administration Experience Engineer Planning/scheduling experiences desirable Customer Service PC literate and experienced using MS office applications and Outlook Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
