With a large office based on the outskirts of Manchester, our Client today has a team of over fifty wealth specialists, including twenty highly qualified Consultants. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator to join their Adviser Support Team which consist of 5 individuals supporting 6 advisers each ensuring to deliver the best service to clients. This will be a busy and varied role consisting of; Taking ownership of the review cycle from start to finish Triggering service cases on our in house system Communicating with clients to arrange their annual/6 monthly review Preparing valuations in a timely manner Attending meetings with advisers where possible Taking notes during those meetings to assist with preparing file notes Preparing/sending paperwork directly to clients on behalf of your advisers Assisting clients with registering to the client portal Managing the change of adviser process (Where clients have moved from advisers internally, you will communicate with your teams and providers to ensure the in-house system is updated as well as the platforms) Candidate will have excellent customer services skills being able to liaise with clients in a professional manner.
