CALLING ALL OFFICE MANAGERS!! We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a prestigious and leading property developer that is based in one of London’s iconic hotspots. This really is a role not to be missed if you enjoying being the Go-To person who is relied upon to keep an office moving efficiently and effectively. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for project management and helping to create and maintain a positive culture. You will be central to all aspects of office life including managing GDPR and ensuring compliance across the company. You will therefore need to be able to remain calm under pressure, be highly organised and should enjoy helping others. Your key duties will include: Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office Taking ownership and designing ways to continuously improve the office environment Providing solutions to employee problems Maintaining and ordering office equipment / supplies Upgrading office equipment if required Managing the office budget Maintaining office databases / archiving records Coordinating with HR in regards to starter and leaver arrangements Organising staff events (including birthdays and leaving drinks) Managing the Office Receptionist Ensuring GDPR compliance Operating within ISO9000 guidelines Ad hoc PA cover as and when required Candidates need to have previously worked in a corporate environment, have demonstrable Office Manager and ISO9000 experience and have a collaborative attitude. You should enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of projects, be proactive and always want to improve upon existing processes. You will also need to be able to act discretely at times and have a friendly yet professional manner. This role is paying £40k-£45k with excellent benefits. Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
