Executive Assistant Location: Manchester Salary: £40,000pa An exciting and dynamic business are recruiting for a permanent Executive Assistant, paying a competitive salary of up to £40,000pa. Supporting and working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for helping to drive and deliver the business plan and ensure smooth day to day running of the office. Key Responsibilities: - Working closely with the CEO - providing comprehensive administrative support including complex diary email management Delegating and distributing work to the senior leadership team in the absence of the CEO Acting as a first point of contact for the CEO, liaising directly with company clients on behalf of the CEO Meeting coordination including booking meeting rooms, organising catering, preparing supporting documents and minute taking UK international travel and accommodation booking Working on specialist projects, working towards company goals and objectives Handling sensitive and confidential information, acting with the utmost discretion Working in conjunction with other internal departments The ideal candidate will have the following skills experience: - Previous board-level EA experience, working on a 1-2-1 basis Experience in project management Highly professional approach, the confidence and ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively Flexible approach Excellent organisational skills Strong computer literacy In return, you will receive the following: A competitive salary of £40,000pa 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 37.5 hour working week, some flexibility on start and finish times Hybrid working available (to fit the needs of the business) 5% pension contribution matched Private healthcare, dental and other benefits Interested in this role?
