Are you looking for a new challenge? if so, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our secretarial Team at the Department of Reproductive Medicine. The post-holder is responsible for providing day to day secretarial and administrative services with the use of medical terminology. The post-holder will be required to follow policies and procedures and communicate effectively as appropriate. The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient secretarial support to Department of Reproductive Medicine. The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems. The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services requiring clear communication and liaison skills. They will be responsible for managing and prioritising their own workload and will be required to use their own initiative.
