Operating from offices in Europe and the UK, our Client employs over 1000 people and have an income of around 100M Euros and place nearly 2 Billion Euros of premiums on behalf of Clients. An exciting opportunity is available for a Client Adviser to join their office in Central Manchester. The role itself will be to provide a quality service to clients in respect of renewal and new business insurance arrangements advising, arranging and securing appropriate cover for our clients demands and needs. To apply for the role Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry preferably with Corporate Client Servicing experience. You will have either obtained Cert CII or currently working towards and will ideally have strong working knowledge of the Acturis system. The role will consist of general responsibilities, new business and renewal business and as such the successful Candidate will be dealing with; Maintaining relationship, interaction and liaising with client on day-to-day basis Maintaining relationship, interaction and liaising with insurers on day-to-day basis Processing MTA s and administration Ensuring all communications, documents, invoices are issued in a compliant way in line with company Policies Procedures and full utilisation of Acturis Arranging appointment to existing schemes with all insurers following clients instruction Invoicing Policy wordings - checking correct and suitable for client demands, needs and cover requirements Updating records with any changes to client demands, needs, cover requirements, Fact Finds and underwriting information. Production of initial draft Broking presentation for Broker. Pipeline register completion Liaising with Employee Benefits Consultant / Broker on broking strategy to be employed Obtaining terms from holding insurers Renewal Report production Invoicing NJR REF 13254
