Administrator - Credit Team Salary - £25,000pa Location: Manchester (Hybrid working) A leading organisation based in Manchester are seeking a permanent Administrator to join their Credit Team as soon as possible, paying a competitive salary of £25,000pa. This is a fantastic opportunity to further expand your skills within a fast-growing business, with excellent progression and development available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Managing and administration of the contracts made to the credit management team Liaising with clients, and ensuring they are connected with the right specialist within the credit team Ensuring the client database is fully up to date, to ensure the credit control process runs smoothly and to stop delays in cash collection Working on and preparing case files for invoices that the team have been unable to collect Maintaining the e-billing portal General administrative duties to support the team effectively The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes experience: - Experience working within a high-volume administration team - a shared service background in HR, Accounts Payable or Billing would work well OR experience working as a Credit Management Administrator Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to prioritise effectively Good computer literacy Hard-working, positive outlook In return, you will receive the following: A competitive salary of £25,000pa 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and the ability to buy up to 5 more - Hybrid working - 2 days at home, 3 in the office - 1 hour flexibility per day - to be taken back within the same day 5% matched pension Private online GP services Retail discounts Fantastic progression development opportunities Interested in this role?
