We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Surveyor based in, or around the Bristol/ Weston-Super-Mare areas. Our client is looking for a Surveyor with Project Management experience to oversee and manage the identification of damp mould in housing association properties. Day to Day: Experienced Surveyor ndash; domestic property experience To carryout building diagnostics, writing reports Work daily with schedule of rates Identify and advise on damp mould in properties Day to day management of subbies Liaising with tenants living in housing association properties Sending out email and letter correspondence Requirements (Skills Qualifications): Experienced and suitably qualified Surveyor Experience of surveying domestic properties, ideally social housing Experience of Asbestos, damp mould Knowledge of schedule of rates Good customer service experience Good communicator Must be computer literate using Microsoft office Driving licence Benefits: Flexible working arrangement available Mileage claimable Holiday and pension contributions Please apply or contact Kirsty Rutlidge at Build Recruitment for further details.
