Extrastaff are currently recruiting for a Guillotine Operative for a well-established company based in Enfield which will soon be moving to Bishop Stortford. This is a great opportunity for someone to progress within a busy environment. Responsibilities: * Set up machines according to job specifications and customer requirements. * Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control. * Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on machines. * Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Key Requirements * Previous experience or similar die-cutting machines preferred. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Team player mentality with good communication skill
