Job Overview: We are seeking a proficient HR Advisor with proven experience supporting a busy HR function. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients people directive and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Duties: - Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs - Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews - Coordinate new hire onboarding and induction activities - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems - Update and maintain accurate employee files - Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans - Assist with HR projects such as process improvement, and/or compliance audits Requirements: - Proven experience as an HR Advisor for a significant period of time - Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Manage a busy MS Outlook inbox, inclusive of composing various letters - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion If you are a dedicated HR professional looking for a challenging role that will offer a busy and varied workload, we would love to hear from you.
