Weekend Receptionist | GBP11.44 per hour | Derby DE21 (next to Meteor Centre) Saturday 9-5pm Sunday 11-4pm Ongoing temporary work, you need to be free every weekend! Our client are seeking to appoint an experienced and charismatic Receptionist to cover weekends in the main office of their building based in DE21. This is a busy reception area, which is at the forefront of the business and so therefore the successful person needs to be able to think on their feet with the abillity to juggle plates in a very professional manner What we #39;re looking for: - Fantastic ustomer service skills - The ability to work well with others - Be thorough and pay attention to detail - Excellent administration skills - Possess patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations - The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure - Sensitivity and understanding The finer elements of the role: - Maintain reception area to a high standard - Answer incoming calls from customers and transfer through to the relevant department - Welcoming customers who visit the office and directing them to the person they are there to see - Maintaining office supplies - Handling office correspondance - Validate guest parking Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
